Soil Amendments
Soils in Pakistan have low organic matter (less than 1%) and have high pH (greater than 8.0). Such conditions affect the fertility of the soil therefore soil amendments are needed.
VAN produces a range of soil amendments including, granular, powdered, vegetable based, manure-based products fortified with Micro Nutrients. We recommend these soil amendments at the time of land preparation along with phosphate fertilizers. Soil amendments significantly enhance the Phosphate use efficiency.
