Pakistan is not short of fertilizer. It is short of nutrition that reaches the crop.
Nutrient Pakistan puts on an acre of cropland in a year. The world average is 47. FAO publishes these as 156 and 117 kg a hectare.

Nitrogen leaves as ammonia, phosphate is bound by calcium, and too little potash goes on. VAN builds a product against each of the 3.
VAN started with a research farm in 2009, a year before the company.
