What happens, in order.

After launch, repeat batches run to the frozen specification. Any change to that specification is a documented change, not a quiet one. That is the relationship rather than a step in it, which is why it is not numbered above.

Registration is built in, not handed back to you.
A formulation can be finished and a pilot can be good, and the product still misses its season because the licence takes one to obtain. VAN treats registration as part of the build rather than as your problem afterwards.
